**LHS Collection**
We accept returns on all unopened and unused items from the LHS Collection. If the product is in its original packaging and unused, you will be eligible for a refund. For any items that cannot be verified as unopened and unused, a store credit will be issued instead. Please note, refunds may take up to 10 business days to be processed, depending on your bank.
E328 Collection
Returns for the E328 Collection follow the same policy. All unopened and unused items can be returned. If we are unable to verify that the product meets these conditions, store credit will be provided instead. As with all returns, refunds may take up to 10 business days to be processed, depending on your bank.
**Custom designed items from the E328 collection and any wholesale orders 10 items or less (sample order) are not eligible for returns**
Processing Time & Shipping
At Little Herbal Supply, we are a collective of small businesses working together to deliver the highest quality products. Our team is dedicated to ensuring that each order is carefully processed and handled with care.
To maintain our high standards of quality, processing can take up to 72 hours. You will receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped.
Standard shipping takes between 2-4 business days, depending on your location. Please note that these times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Members' Prioritized Shipping
As a valued member, you get prioritized processing! Your orders will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours for faster delivery.
